We pride ourselves on the uniqueness and quality of our work.

In several years, the cedar on your birdhouse will have turned a silvery gray, and the copper will verdigris green. Then the transformation is complete.

Beauty and function in one bluebird house.

Placing the house on a free-standing poles give the bluebirds a perch from which to hunt and then it is just logical for them to gravitate to the cavity of the nesting box.

The  1 1/2" entries have a hand-hammered copper ring. Lining the hole with copper looks good but also adds to predator proofing the box.  The tapered shape of most bluebird boxes is another predator proofing aid.

David weaves the grains of the wood in opposite directions.  Over time, if one board cracks, the next board's grain is running the opposite way, stopping the crack from continuing.

The houses are ventilated and have back doors for cleaning out old nests.
